Security Analyst at University Health System- San Antonio – San Antonio, Texas

What you will do:

• Reviews security reports and security systems on a daily basis to detect attempted or unauthorized access to information assets.
• Help conduct evaluations on emerging products, vendors, services, protocols, and standards in support of security enhancement and development efforts throughout the enterprise.
• Monitors alerts, system logs of Data Security applications. Applies configuration policies to Data Security applications to support best security practices.

What we require:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in information technology and three or more years of experience in information security
• Information security certification required
