Sales Associate at 7 Layer IT Solutions – Chatsworth, California

The Sales Associate is responsible for generating leads, following up with qualified opportunities and winning new business from prospects that have an interest in Managed IT Services and IT Projects. This person will assist in developing an effective lead-generation and sales process methodology for the company. This person will be expected to manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while looking for mutually beneficial revenue-generating opportunities in the process.

• Confident in Managed Service offerings
• Develop lead generation and sales process
• Develop marketing strategies to generate new leads/business
• Generate new business leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients
• Carry out cold calling to create interest in products and services
• Follow-up on leads and prospects in a timely and appropriate manner
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Sell projects and service agreements
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Track and maintain lead, prospect, and client information in our Autotask PSA system
• Lead in creating and developing the company’s sales process and methodology
• Manage workload to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
• Participate in regular training and education requirements
• Having a willingness to learn

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate or relevant role
• Min 3 – 5 years of IT sales experience
• Must live in Los Angeles County
• Having an existing client list is preferable
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Works well under stress and client pressure
