Sales Development Representative at NEOGOV – El Segundo, California

This is an in-office position at our Draper, Utah office.

Our Sales Development Representative role is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of Technical Sales. We have a thorough training program for the success of our SDRs and are always looking to internally promote our rockstars into other roles.

• Complete at least 70 dials daily and respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails

• Learn our strategy, vision, mission, values, and products

• Work as part of a team to support Account Executives in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads

• Set at least 1.5 product demonstrations (on average per day) with an average show rate of 66%

• Master the company's telephone systems, email, and other tools

• Natural networker and relationship builder

What You Have

• Minimum 1-2 years of prior sales or client facing experience

• Experience with Salesforce or Outreach would be an asset

• 2+ years of B2B Sales experience in a quota driven environment (Nice to have)
