We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers and to provide administrative support to our Sales & Marketing team.Job SummaryThe Bilingual Sales Receptionist plays a key role in delivering a positive first impression of BE&SCO. This position is responsible for greeting customers, handling incoming communications, routing inquiries appropriately, maintaining accurate contact records, and providing general administrative support across the Sales, Service, and Parts departments. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.What You’ll DoAnswer, track, and route incoming phone calls professionally and courteouslyServe customers in person, by phone, and via email with a high level of customer serviceCollect basic customer information and relay messages or requests to the Sales teamSchedule appointments, meetings, demos, and trainings as directedPrepare, proofread, and process general correspondence and administrative documentsAssist with sales-related paperwork and documentation as instructed (non-ownership role)Maintain accurate customer contact information and notes in SalesforceCompose and distribute professional correspondence, emails, and documentsMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systemsManage calendars and assist with meeting coordinationAssist with travel arrangements and expense documentation when requestedCreate and update basic spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPointOrder and maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenanceHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionSupport special projects and assist other departments as neededParticipate in team meetings and required trainingPerform other administrative duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing ManagerRequirements3–5 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service roleBilingual in English and Spanish (required)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanorProficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage priorities, deadlines, and high call volumesStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable using office equipment and technologyAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customersScheduleMonday through Friday8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods of timeFrequent typing and computer useFrequent telephone communicationAbility to complete detailed administrative work accuratelyAbility to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneouslyWork EnvironmentOffice-based work environmentRegular interaction with customers, including challenging situationsOccasional presence on the manufacturing floor where noise levels may be higher
