Operations Support Specialist at Nth Degree – Duluth, Georgia

We are looking to add an Operations & Customer Success Specialists to work as part of our Operations Team. Our high energy team demonstrates the ability to inspire, motivate, influence, build trust and maintain strong working relationships.

You will report directly to the Operations Support Manager and be based out of Nth Degree’s corporate office in Duluth GA. We do function in a hybrid capacity; typically, two days in the office, three days remote, with the ability to travel to show sites approximately 30% of the time.

Salary is $55,000-60,000

What You’ll Do:

Interact and effectively communicate with internal and external customers Use independent judgment, product knowledge, and organizational best practices to resolve customer concerns Coordinate with Billing to ensure timely crediting of accounts and communicate updates and status reports to CollectionsAssist onsite personnel by entering payroll information into Fern’s show management systemWork with onsite personnel to forecast and allocate resourcesProvide support during peak times where labor levels will need close monitoringAssist onsite and city-based personnel with hands-on management system SOP supportPrepare reports and data analysis Provide resolution and problem solving for issues arising on the show floorAct as a liaison between department functions and the clientProcessing new hiresPhysical support for larger events – travel up to 30%Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

Superior written and verbal communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills; superior customer service approachProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AIX, CRM tools, and data warehouses. Advanced Excel skillsExpert time management and organizational skills with the ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to a rapidly changing environmentTrade show customer service experience including familiarity with design shops, graphics suppliers, exhibit customers, freight carriers, labor providers, and general contractorsCustomer support or operations experience
