Key Responsibilities:

- Lead recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent aligned with organizational values

- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new employees are welcomed and well-supported

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance

- Optimize HR workflows by streamlining processes and implementing efficient systems

- Foster a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and set up for success

- Develop and implement initiatives that improve company culture and employee engagement

- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations

- Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs and facilitate growth opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Training, Development, or a related field or experience equivalent

- Proven experience in HR management, preferably within healthcare or hospice settings, Florida experience preferred

- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance standards

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
