Human Resource ManagerLocation: North Fort Myers, FLEmployment Type: Full-Time

Titan Electrical Services is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions for our growing electrical contracting company. This role will work closely with leadership to support our field and office teams while ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all HR operations including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding

Manage employee files, documentation, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Administer benefits, PTO, leave requests, and company policies

Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations when needed

Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and employee development

Coordinate apprenticeship programs, training initiatives, and compliance tracking

Serve as a resource to employees and supervisors regarding HR questions and concerns

Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies

Oversee HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred)

RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in construction, trades, or a similar field

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Experience handling employee relations and confidential matters

Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Equivalent experience will be considered
