About Hand Over Hand LLC
At Hand Over Hand, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our work is deeply mission-driven: we’re here to make a difference in the lives of children and their communities.
Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and purpose-filled. We celebrate growth of our team, of our families, and of ourselves. If you’re passionate about early childhood development and want to do meaningful, hands-on work that truly changes lives, you’ll feel right at home here.
Why This Role Matters
This isn’t just a recruiting role; it’s how we ensure children and families get the care and support they need! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the center of our hiring engine, driving the speed, quality, and consistency of hiring across critical roles like RBTs, BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and operational staff. Every candidate you engage and every hire you influence directly impacts our ability to deliver services, reduce waitlists, and support families.
You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, manage high-volume pipelines, and adapt your strategy in real time to meet evolving hiring demands. If you’re someone who thrives on execution, momentum, and measurable results, this role will give you both challenge and purpose.

- Adapt in real time: Adjust sourcing and screening strategies based on applicant flow, role difficulty, and market conditions
- Partner with hiring managers: Align on expectations, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
- Use data to improve: Track metrics and refine your approach to drive better outcomes
