Position Overview: This position is a dual role where you will oversee both the HR and the Business Office functions in the nursing home facility. You will oversee payroll and HR activities, along with resident funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a human resources manager/BOM, you will direct the human resource and payroll activities within your nursing home.
• You will provide supervision and implementation for your nursing home's orientation for new employees.
• Oversee the resident funds and manage payments.

Human Resource Manager/BOM Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in skilled nursing.
• Proficiency with or the ability to learn our company's programs, applications and MS Office.
• Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent prioritization and delegation skills.
