  • Promote continuous improvement by gathering customer feedback, sharing best practices, and enhancing service delivery processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational oversight, including HR processes, time tracking, training compliance, and system updates.
Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in clinical research, including prior exposure to leadership or team management responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and other applicable global regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with experience driving performance and engagement in teams.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts such as forecasting and budgeting is considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to influence, present, and build trust across stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
Benefits:
