This role sits at the center of global clinical trial execution, ensuring that site enablement services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with study objectives. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, supporting clinical trial sites with specialized resources that improve operational performance and reduce site burden. Acting as a key interface between sponsors, internal teams, and clinical sites, you will coordinate planning, execution, and performance tracking across multi-region studies. The position requires strong operational leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to translate study needs into actionable delivery strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained while continuously optimizing service delivery. This is a highly collaborative, global-facing role in a fast-paced clinical research environment where your decisions directly impact trial success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead coordination, planning, and execution of Site Enablement Solutions across pre- and post-award study phases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and implement global delivery strategies, including site identification, service expansion opportunities, and operational scaling approaches.
  • Develop study-specific operational plans, including timelines, resource allocation, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies for multi-region clinical trials.
  • Manage overall project performance, including scope, budget, deliverables, and quality standards across assigned studies.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for sponsors and internal teams, providing updates, recommendations, and performance insights.
  • Ensure optimal resource planning and team allocation based on study complexity and requirements.
  • Monitor study progress and proactively identify risks, implementing mitigation actions to safeguard timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, including kick-offs, investigator meetings, and sponsor governance discussions.
  • Collaborate with patient recruitment and site-centric teams to ensure integrated delivery of services.
  • Oversee compliance with internal workflows, systems, and operational governance standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant clinical trial experience, including CRO or clinical trial services exposure.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role in clinical operations.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, site operations, and patient recruitment dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-region projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience in financial and KPI management within clinical or operational project environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging sponsors and global teams.
  • Ability to develop risk management strategies and drive proactive operational decision-making.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work in a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence
  • Exposure to large-scale, multi-region clinical trial programs
  • Remote-based flexibility depending on project requirements
  • Strong career development opportunities within global clinical operations
  • Collaborative, international work environment with cross-functional exposure
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package (details shared during hiring process)
  • Direct impact on accelerating clinical research and improving patient outcomes worldwide
