  • Provide support during internal and external audit engagements
  • Assist with tax preparation, filings, and related compliance activities

Planning, Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Assist in budget preparation and ongoing financial planning processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with other departments to gather, validate, and report financial information
  • Maintain accurate, organized financial records and documentation in accordance with retention policies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; comfortable working with the full Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with financial reconciliations and audit support
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA license or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience in a contract or project-based accounting capacity
