As part of our growth in North America, we are looking for Junior Sales Representative (Technical Field Specialist) to support our retailers, distributors, and customers by combining technical expertise, field support, and training.

About the role

The Field Technical Specialist (Junior Sales Representative) position is an ideal entry point into the industry, as Moov provides full training to help you master our products and processes.

You will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support to customers and partners, resolving complex technical issues, providing training, and taking part in field interventions.

This hybrid role combines remote support, on‑site travel, and hands‑on assistance for retailers and certified service centers.

What you'll do

• Perform on‑site interventions to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Support our customers, retailers, and partners
• Participate in installations and equipment commissioning
• Deliver basic training to end users
• Collaborate with the team to resolve more complex cases

We are Looking for

• No experience required — fully paid training provided
• Comfortable with hands‑on and technical work
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable with travel (approximately 3-4 days per week)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift loads of approximately 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Proficiency with MS Office and technical tools
