Job Overview:

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for large group events as well as daily service at our on-site restaurant. You’ll maintain high standards of , cleanliness, and organization while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standardsAssist with banquet event meal prep, setup, and breakdownMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areasOperate kitchen equipment safely and responsiblyCollaborate with the kitchen and event teams to ensure timely serviceFollow all and sanitation standardsMaintain inventory and assist with stock rotation

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a line cook or banquet cook requiredAbility to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skillsFlexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidaysServSafe certification is a plus
