Your Role:

Our successful Guest Room Attendant promote outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success in this Role:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to deliver Morton's Service Standards through proper portion sizes and product quality
• Have a strong focus on potato sides and vegetables
• Must be able to count, weigh and prepare lobsters as ordered
• Experience properly de-boning a chicken
• Ability to clean smoked salmon and prepare as ordered
• Must be able to setup and break down of sauté area
• Ability to maintain proper inventory of sauté items
• Ensures completed orders are ready for servers to deliver at correct temperatures
• Promote exceptional guest service with both internal and external customers
