Lead the financial planning and analysis function for a global, high-growth technology business operating in a fully remote environment. In this executive leadership role, you will partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership to shape financial strategy, support long-term growth, and deliver data-driven insights that influence key business decisions. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, performance reporting, and capital planning while helping optimize financial operations across international markets. • Lead the global Financial Planning & Analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance across business units and international operations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning processes to support sustainable business growth.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis, scenario planning, KPI reporting, and business performance insights to executive leadership.
• Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, investment decisions, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Build strong relationships with investors and key stakeholders by preparing executive reports, board presentations, and financial updates.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, planning processes, analytics, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Support organizational decision-making by identifying financial risks, opportunities, and initiatives that enhance long-term value creation.

• At least 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership positions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience within high-growth global software, technology, fintech, SaaS, or payments organizations.
• Strong background working in private equity-backed businesses with experience collaborating directly with investors and executive leadership.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and strategic financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience delivering insights to executive teams, boards of directors, and investors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed finance teams and develop high-performing professionals in remote environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Highly collaborative leadership style with exceptional stakeholder management, organizational skills, and ownership mindset.
