Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Support — Answer calls from current and new customers, provide service information, and route needs appropriately.
  • Outbound Scheduling Calls — Contact customers to schedule maintenance appointments and follow up on open service needs.
  • Membership & Promotions Outreach — Call customers about promotions, membership updates, renewals, and service reminders.
  • Service Titan Workflow Management — Use Service Titan to document calls, schedule jobs, update customer accounts, and track communication.
  • Team Collaboration — Participate in a virtual team room, stay engaged with supervisors, and follow performance expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical Industry Experience — Understanding of home-services terminology, scheduling needs, and customer expectations.
  • Service Titan Experience — Must be comfortable navigating the platform for scheduling, notes, and customer management.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with remote monitoring and eventual transition to an office setting.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Saturday availability is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Remote to start, working in a virtual team room with active monitoring and support.
  • Expected transition to in-office within 12–18 months.
  • Must be comfortable with both environments.
