- Own the field marketing strategy and execution, including industry events, executive dinners, roundtables, activations, and speaking opportunities.
- Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and develop account-based marketing programs designed to increase engagement, create opportunities, and support pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with PR to develop campaign stories and perspectives that generate earned media and broader industry visibility.
- Develop and execute webinars, email campaigns, and other programs that extend the reach and impact of integrated marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple marketing channels and touchpoints to deliver cohesive experiences for priority audiences and accounts.
- Select, manage, and collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and other vendors supporting campaign execution.
- Work directly in Salesforce and HubSpot to manage audiences, support lead flow, and maintain accurate campaign and performance reporting.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and other stakeholders to measure program effectiveness and connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Use AI tools strategically to create repeatable workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance campaign development and execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining high standards for organization, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated experience leading brand, field, or integrated marketing programs that generated measurable pipeline or business impact.
- Strong experience partnering with enterprise sales teams on account-based marketing, target-account strategies, and coordinated account outreach.
- Hands-on experience planning and delivering live events, executive programs, industry activations, dinners, and/or roundtables.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, nurture strategies, campaign development, and performance measurement.
- Experience working directly with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing workflows, develop repeatable systems, and produce high-quality work more efficiently.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several programs simultaneously and move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling narratives and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Commercial mindset and strong understanding of how marketing programs contribute to pipeline, engagement, and revenue.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed environment and collaborate across different time zones.
- Experience with sponsorships, industry media partnerships, or executive-level programs is a plus.
- Candidates who do not meet every listed qualification are encouraged to apply if they bring relevant experience and transferable strengths.
- Minimum starting compensation of $115,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and bonus, with total compensation adjusted based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
- Fully remote work environment.
- Unlimited paid time off.
- Paid parental leave for all parents.

- Travel opportunities for company-wide meetings and team events.
- Company merchandise upon joining, plus a $50 credit on each work anniversary.
- Monthly health and wellness stipend reimbursement.
- A culture centered on trust, accountability, inclusion, creativity, and continuous growth.
