- Develop and execute comprehensive outreach and communication strategies to promote AI initiatives, educational resources, and organizational milestones.
- Design and produce interactive digital media, including web content, animations, data visualizations, videos, presentations, newsletters, and infographics.
- Collaborate with leadership, technical experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex artificial intelligence and healthcare concepts into clear, engaging communications.
- Manage and maintain web content, ensuring information remains current, user-friendly, accessible, and compliant with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Create communication materials for multiple distribution channels, including intranet platforms, email campaigns, executive briefings, and digital learning environments.
- Monitor communication performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations to improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Support digital outreach initiatives that enhance awareness, education, and adoption of AI technologies across a large healthcare enterprise.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in marketing, digital media, communications, interactive design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design platforms.
- Hands-on experience developing interactive digital content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia assets that communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience supporting federal agencies, government healthcare programs, or VA/DoD environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements and best practices for accessible digital communications.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, learning management systems, government web platforms, or similar enterprise content environments is an advantage.
- Experience using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable tools to evaluate campaign performance.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to apply plain language principles.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card and satisfy required background investigation requirements.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
