Position Summary: At Tru & Home2 Suites by Hilton, you are Free to be You with Tru Spirit! Our Housekeeping Team brings energy, teamwork and real warmth to every shift, keeping our hotel fresh, clean and welcoming so guests feel right at home. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be the Housekeeping Manager’s right hand and a go-to leader for the team behind every spotless room and sparkling lobby at our brand-new hotel. You’ll guide and support Room Attendants throughout each shift, inspect rooms, coach the team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. If you’re a hands-on, solution oriented and take ownership in a clean, well-run hotel, we’d love to meet you!
What You Will Do:
- Inspect every guest room for cleanliness, safety and presentation so each one is guest-ready and meets Company standards.
- Make sure rooms are fully stocked, in good repair and set up for a great first impression when guests arrive.
- Communicate inspection results and necessary corrections to Room Attendants
- Reinspect rooms as needed to confirm that identified concerns have been addressed.
- Help plan daily room assignments, prioritizing early arrivals, VIPs and extended-stay guests.
- Keep room status up to date and communicate changes with the housekeeping and front desk teams throughout the day.
- Support, coach and encourage the housekeeping team during each shift, and lead by example.
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, lost-and-found items, and safety issues.
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms or public areas when operationally necessary.
- Help maintain linen rooms, housekeeping closets, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow hotel policies and safety procedures, including the proper handling of cleaning products and equipment.
- Assist housekeeping leadership with daily operations, training, and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by hotel leadership.

- Hotel housekeeping experience required.
- Previous supervisory, lead, or room inspection experience strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality-You notice what others miss!
- Ability to quickly and accurately identify cleanliness and maintenance concerns.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to provide clear, professional, and respectful direction to team members.
- Reliability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Basic computer or hotel room-management system experience is helpful.
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods throughout shift
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and stretch
- Ability to push and pull fully loaded housekeeping carts throughout property and lift up to (40) lbs on a regular basis
- Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
