Job Description

Summary:At Quigley-Simpson, the Growth Systems & Technical Sr. Manager is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing growth engine that drives new business, pipeline acceleration, and agency visibility. This role sits at the intersection of execution and systems development, overseeing outbound efforts, CRM infrastructure, pitch development, and marketing initiatives. The Sr. Manager will bring structure, efficiency, and rigor to how the agency identifies, engages, and wins new business. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both refine the approach and operate effectively and efficiently.Core Accountabilities:
CRM & Marketing Operations:
  • Help to maintain and optimize the agency’s CRM ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ensure strong data hygiene, segmentation, and pipeline visibility
  • Build and manage dashboards tied to growth KPIs
  • Implement workflows for lead scoring, outreach, and pipeline tracking

Outbound & Campaign Execution:
  • Collaborates in the development and execution of targeted outbound campaigns
  • Oversee messaging, testing, and performance optimization
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven and continuously improving
  • Drive integration across CRM, email, and other channels

Pitch & New Business Development:
  • Work hand in hand with pitch team and partners to development process from narrative through delivery
  • Elevate storytelling, structure, and differentiation across RFP responses
  • Ensure materials are strategically sharp, polished, and delivered efficiently
  • Help turn SME input into compelling and engaging presentations

Marketing & Events:
  • Partner closely with PR to amplify announcements, thought leadership, and agency milestones
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive consistent social engagement and outbound visibility across platforms
  • Contribute in growth-related marketing initiatives, including conferences and sponsorships, and ensure strong coordination of pre- and post-event outreach and follow-up
  • Develop materials and programs that increase agency awareness and pipeline generation

Required Skills/Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in growth, business development, or agency new business
  • Self-starter
  • Proven ability to build and scale pipeline and revenue growth systems
  • Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and outbound strategy
  • Experience leading RFPs and pitch processes
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong proficiency in presentation technology like PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Prezi, and Pitch with an eye for clean, compelling, executive-level presentation design
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies and AI tools/agents (e.g., Claude, automation platforms) to improve efficiency and output
