The Solutions Operations Coordinator supports the delivery and fulfillment of Safe Life’s solution offerings, including AED Concierge and AED365 Subscription, by coordinating device logistics, training requests, and supply replenishment. This is a hands-on role focused on executing operational tasks accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of attention to detail. Working at the intersection of the Solutions team and OpCo, this role requires strong communication and coordination, and exceptional follow through.

Key Tasks
- Receive, inspect, and download AED devices upon arrival; maintain accurate intake records across all affiliate entities.
- Maintain the device replacement pool, ensuring adequate inventory levels and device readiness.
- Coordinate and fulfill supply replenishments for AED Concierge and Subscription customers, including pads, batteries, and accessories.
- Serve as the internal point of coordination for CPR training sold as part of Concierge and Subscription packages, liaising with training providers and scheduling on behalf of customers.
- Partner closely with the warehouse / OpCo team to align on inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment timelines.
- Support intracompany ordering processes across Safe Life US affiliates to ensure consistent fulfillment standards.
- Maintain accurate records across all operational workflows; proactively flag inventory shortfalls, fulfillment delays, or process gaps.
- Serve as the go-to resource for back-end operational questions related to Safe Life Solutions offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required. Associate’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, inventory coordination, customer program support, or a related operational role.
- Experience in healthcare products, medical devices, subscription/service operations, training coordination, or other regulated operational environments preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-location, or cross-functional operational environments preferred
- Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or functions, with the ability to drive follow-through without direct authority.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline, with experience maintaining accurate records, tracking inventory, or managing operational workflows.
- Experience working with inventory, order management, fulfillment, ERP, CRM, or related business systems; comfort learning new platforms and processes quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and escalate issues appropriately.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational gaps, troubleshoot issues, and help drive practical solutions.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly move between office and warehouse environments throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while supporting operational and warehouse-related activities.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry products or equipment up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive handling of products, packaging, or devices as needed.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, phone, and other standard office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to inspect, handle, and process AED devices and related accessories with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments with varying noise levels and activity.
