About This Position

Position Description:

Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for building partnerships with the county board of supervisors and winning new business for county behavioral health? As the Senior Director of Partnership Development, youll lead business expansion efforts within California, ensuring that Recovery Solutions (RS) is positioned for growth through data-driven market analysis, relationship-building and networking.

In this key role, youll oversee opportunities for growth through RFPs, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. Youll also create new opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with county level elected officials, and key stakeholders, strengthening RSs presence in the behavioral healthcare industry.

What Youll Do

  • Engages with Clients & Key Stakeholders: Presents to clients, elected and appointed officials, and other decision-makers to promote business opportunities and organizational programs.
  • Analyzes Market & Competitive Landscape: Researches solicitation content, industry data, and news to identify favorable market conditions and inform strategic decisions.

  • Develops Targeted Business Strategies: Collaborates with Operations and Partnership Development teams to assess new opportunities and create tailored strategies for business growth in California.

  • Leverages Past Insights for Future Success: Captures lessons from previous experiences to refine strategies and improve outcomes in future business opportunities.

What Were Looking For

Education & Training

  • Bachelors degree in English, Communication, Political Science, Business Administration or related field. A combination of education and ten (10) plus years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree (required)

Experience

  • At least five (5) years of professional experience (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (required)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately while meeting all deliverables and deadlines (required)
  • State or county government behavioral health and project management experience (preferred)
