POSITION SUMMARY:

Join our growing team in the dynamic landscape and construction industry! We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist. Are you someone who takes pride in precision, thrives on working with data, and catches the details others overlook?

We’re looking for a highly skilled Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team immediately. If you excel in fast-paced environments, are advanced in Excel, and bring both speed and accuracy to your work this is your opportunity to step into a critical, high-impact role.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze payrolls reports in conjunction with Excel templates.

· Collect, verify, and reconcile employee hours from timekeeping system and cross reference hours worked for specific job.

· Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy

· Use advanced Excel to analyze, organize, and report data to monitor and maintain compliance with prevailing wage reports.

· Track and audit employee time records, including overtime, sick leave, PTO, and other pay codes.

· Maintain confidential and sensitive information with integrity

· Coordinate with HR and field supervisors to resolve discrepancies in time and payroll data.

· Leverage advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) to analyze and organize data

· Support operations with data insights and administrative precision Prevailing Wage Reporting and Analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2+ years of payroll or accounting experience, preferably in landscape, construction, or a related industry.

· Proven 10-key data entry speed and accuracy

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)

· Ability to handle sensitive/confidential data

· Experience in accounting, data entry, payroll, or similar highly preferred

· Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred

· Problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements and working conditions

· Office environment with occasional field visits for training or audit support

· Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· May require flexible hours during peak payroll periods

· Hearing: Adequate to perform the essential functions of the job.

· Speaking: Adequate to perform the essential functions of the job, such as communicating with multiple personnel.

· Vision: Normal visual acuity.

· Walking: Able to walk for a prolonged period outdoors.

· Stand: Able to stand, bend stoop, kneel as needed during job walkthrough.

· Lifting to 20lbs.

· Pushing up to 20 lbs.
