Compensation & Bonuses

• Competitive per-visit rates: $40.00 – $120.00

• Sign-On/Retention Bonus Options:

• 1 Year – $5,000

• 2 Years – $10,000

EDUCATION: Licensed RN with current PA state license.

EXPERIENCE: We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about patient care and eager to make a meaningful impact. Home health experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to share more about this rewarding field with candidates who are excited to learn.
