Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 Annually

Western Health Advantage is seeking a Senior Healthcare Quality Data Analyst to support HEDIS and Align, Measure, Perform (AMP) initiatives across all lines of business. This role is responsible for clinical quality data analysis, reporting, compliance audits, vendor coordination, and identifying opportunities to improve quality outcomes and close care gaps.
Reporting to the Healthcare Data Program Manager, this position partners closely with Quality Improvement, Population Health, IT teams, medical groups, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support HEDIS and AMP program operations and reporting
- Analyze and validate clinical quality and supplemental data
- Coordinate HEDIS Roadmap submissions and audit activities
- Maintain AMP databases and reporting portals including IHA and OnPoint
- Assist with CAHPS, Medicare CAHPS, and QHP reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain reports using Cognos, Excel, Access, and related tools
- Collaborate with medical groups, vendors, and government agencies to improve data quality and close care gaps
- Support regulatory audits, accreditation surveys, and compliance activities
- Participate in process improvement and clinical data reporting initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, analytics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years of healthcare or managed care experience, including quality reporting and data analysis
- Experience with HEDIS reporting and quality improvement initiatives preferred
- Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Cognos, Cozeva, Excel, Access, and SPSS preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
