Staff Accountant in Marietta, Ga, Georgia at Budget Rent a Car of Atlanta

The Staff Accountant is responsible for fleet loan reporting, daily fleet sales processing, various month-end duties and general ledger reconciliation in a challenging and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage fleet loan portfolio for all entities
• Post daily receivables related to disposal of fleet vehicles
• Prepare and submit weekly financial reports
• Submit monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Manage weekly / quarterly interest and fee payments
• Provide analysis and research as requested by management
• Maintain strong working relationships with bank partners

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree in accounting or related field
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
