Job Description
As the Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with oversight on day-to-day operations of our communities, ensuring a positive living experience for our residents. Your strong administrative, customer service, and collection skills should be the best of the best.
Responsibilities
• Manage rent collections and process any payments or other fees received and post in Entrata.
• Assist Community Manager with daily operations.
• Assist with leasing and tours as-needed. Ensure all move-in and move-out procedures have been followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Conduct property walks and coordinate closely with maintenance staff for any move-outs.
• Send renewals each month and track renewal progress in alongside the rest of the team.
• Enforce delinquency policy for all late rent to include placing phone calls, sending letters, knocking on doors, and sending three-day notices. Maintain accurate resident records.
• File for evictions and coordinate eviction activities with attorney.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in multifamily property management a must have.
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with contract law and leasing procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as work independently when needed.
• Knowledge of Entrata software.
