About the Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transportation and warehousing processes. You will be expected to oversee the movement of goods and materials, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery. Your ultimate goal will be to optimize our logistics operations and minimize costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the transportation and warehousing industry
  • Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and materials, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are optimized
  • Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Skills:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize our logistics operations and minimize costs. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is essential for maintaining accurate records and analyzing data.
