• Understand the course objectives for the course which adjunct faculty is assigned and be familiar with the overall curriculum of the College of Nursing.
• Provide supervision of students in the classroom (in-person or online) setting.
• Assist the students to accomplish objectives of the course.
• Validate students’ understanding of theoretical, scientific and evidence based concepts to meet course objectives.
• Evaluate and provide feedback to students on their accomplishment of course objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in discipline; licensure or eligibility for licensure in speciality, if applicable (such as nutrition, nursing, etc.) in Pennsylvania. Experience in discipline required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in academic teaching and willingness to be flexible in fulfilling responsibilities.
