Beacon Health System is seeking a Senior AI & Automation Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI-powered and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support exceptional patient care. This role combines hands-on software development, Microsoft Power Platform expertise, and full-stack solution delivery.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI, automation, and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure, .NET, C#, and related technologies.
• Lead application development projects from requirements gathering through implementation and support.
• Analyze complex business processes and create scalable technology solutions.
• Partner with operational and clinical teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise applications and integrations.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, Azure, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
• Experience with full-stack application development and deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with AI, intelligent automation, workflow optimization, or process improvement is preferred.
