Serve as a go-between for employees and HR, documenting questions and concerns and escalating them as needed
-
Assist with recruiting: screen Security Specialist candidates, schedule interviews, sit on interview panels, and verify licenses
-
Lead new hire orientation sessions and support onboarding
-
Maintain employee records in Odoo and work with Timekeepers on payroll and time off
-
Support benefits, appraisals, offboarding, discipline documentation, and compliance audits
-
Track issues through to resolution and document operational meetings
What you bring
-
2+ years of HR administrative support experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in HR or business is a plus but not required)
