This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Adjoint(e) administratif(ve) de co-paiement / Administration & Co-Pay Assistant based in Canada.
This remote position supports patient and healthcare-provider services within a pharmaceutical environment.
You will manage administrative activities and coordinate copayment requests with patients, pharmacies, physicians, and internal teams.
The role combines high-volume data processing, reporting, payment coordination, and detailed record management.
You will collaborate across departments and with external payment partners to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
Strong organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential to maintaining quality and audit-ready processes.

Success in this role means providing dependable administrative support while contributing to smooth, patient-focused program operations.
Handle general administrative activities, including mail, correspondence, filing systems, appointments, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Process copayment requests for patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers participating in copayment assistance or concierge payment programs.
Coordinate with program managers to monitor and support copayment performance indicators and service requirements.
Work with accounting teams and third-party payment administrators to ensure accurate electronic payments and appropriate payment timelines.
Compile information from multiple sources and use it to prepare reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
Audit and maintain operational reports by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies, making corrections, and communicating relevant updates.
Maintain accurate business information and departmental records using computer systems and established filing procedures.
Support scheduled and ad hoc projects across departments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines as required.
Communicate with internal departments and management to resolve workload, payment, reporting, or administrative issues efficiently.
Maintain positive, professional working relationships with colleagues, management, and other stakeholders.
Follow applicable policies, procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations, including appropriate reporting of adverse events.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying practical solutions and supporting processes that meet audit and quality standards.
Post-secondary education in a related field.
3–5 years of administrative experience, ideally within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrated accuracy when processing and reviewing large volumes of data.
Strong analytical and mathematical abilities, with sound business and financial awareness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes, systems, and skills as business needs evolve.
Ability to implement and maintain processes that support satisfactory audit practices.
Professional, positive approach when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
French/English bilingualism is preferred.
