Property Management Systems Support Specialist - YARDI in Franktown, Colorado at Monarch Investment and Management Group

Respond to support tickets and assist users with Yardi system questions and corrections

Identify issues related to user training, processes, or configuration needs

Help set up new users, permissions, and vendors in the Yardi system

Monitor and resolve Yardi system performance issues

Support multiple system integrations and vendor interfaces

Recommend training opportunities to enhance user knowledge

Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve user experience

13 years of experience with Yardi, Rent Caf, or Yardi CRM

13 years of relevant technical support experience in a remote or multi-site environment

Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, or similar platforms

Passion for helping others and improving processes

Familiarity with SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)

General ledger or accounting experience

Prior IT help desk experience

$26.00/hr - $31.00/hr hourly / non-exempt role
