Director of Social Services

What You'll Do:
- Provide clinical social work services to residents
- Support residents and families with emotional and psychosocial needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Assist with care planning and discharge planning processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Promote and maintain high-quality, person-centered care
What You'll Need:
- Licensed Social Worker in the State of Nebraska required
- Master of Social Work (MSW) required
- 3 years of experience providing clinical services in long-term care preferred
- Equivalent experience in medical or mental health settings will be considered
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
