This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Marketing Manager - Growth Marketing based in the United States.
This role is an opportunity to shape content that directly influences engagement, demand generation, and pipeline growth. You’ll create compelling short- and long-form content across the buyer journey, from emails and landing pages to social content, guides, ebooks, and reports. With a strong focus on customer pain points and business outcomes, you’ll turn complex B2B and technology topics into clear, persuasive stories. You’ll work closely with campaign, lifecycle, digital, field, partner, and communications teams to bring content strategies to life. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional, with data informing content decisions and optimization. This is a hands-on role for a strategic storyteller who combines excellent writing skills with a strong demand generation mindset.
- Create high-quality short- and long-form content across landing pages, marketing and SDR emails, social media, guides, ebooks, reports, and other campaign assets.
- Develop persona-driven messaging that starts with customer pain points, business challenges, and desired outcomes rather than product features.
- Translate complex product, industry, and B2B technology topics into concise, engaging content tailored to different audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, customers, industry leaders, and partners to develop authentic, insight-driven stories.
- Review short-form content and recommend improvements that strengthen engagement and demand generation performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of target personas, their goals, challenges, and motivations to guide content strategy and copy decisions.
- Align content plans with editorial calendars, campaign priorities, and pipeline objectives.
- Partner with communications teams on brand positioning, messaging, and content development.
- Use performance data and audience insights to identify opportunities, inform quarterly planning, and continuously improve content.
- Test different content formats and messaging approaches based on audience engagement and performance.
- Lead cross-functional content projects from initial brief through delivery, maintaining timelines and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with campaign, lifecycle, digital, field, and partner marketing teams to activate content across relevant channels.
- Maintain the content library and support regular content audits, updates, and optimization.
- Coordinate localization workflows for key content assets and contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of content marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality short- and long-form B2B copy across formats such as emails, landing pages, social content, ebooks, guides, and reports.
- Proven ability to create persona-focused content centered on customer pain points, business challenges, and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style from concise, action-oriented CTAs to detailed, narrative-driven content.
- Experience working within or closely alongside demand generation, campaign, or growth marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of how content supports different stages of the buyer journey and contributes to pipeline generation.
- Comfort using performance data and audience insights to inform content strategy and optimize results.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the confidence to explain content decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and defend recommendations in meetings.
- A thoughtful and practical approach to AI, using AI tools to support drafting and productivity while maintaining ownership of the strategy, accuracy, quality, and substance of every piece of content.
- Base salary range of $115,000–$140,000 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors including experience, skills, education, professional level, and location.
- Eligibility for a market-competitive incentive opportunity.
- Employer-subsidized medical, vision, and dental coverage for full-time employees.
- 401(k) matching equal to 50% of employee contributions on the first 6% of eligible pay.
- Monthly stipend to support work and productivity.
- Flexible time away program plus sick time off.

- Additional company-funded perks, including counseling support, local retail discounts, and access to a personal productivity account.
- Teleworking options from registered locations within the U.S., depending on role requirements.
