DESCRIPCIN GENERAL:
Impulsa tu carrera en ventas como Asociado de Ventas de tiempo completo, donde cada interaccin representa una oportunidad para fortalecer relaciones con clientes y generar resultados de negocio. Desde el desarrollo de nuevas alianzas hasta el crecimiento de relaciones existentes dentro de tu cartera, podrs maximizar tu potencial comunicando el valor de nuestras soluciones de gestin de inventario mediante un enfoque de ventas consultivas.
Esta posicin corresponde a nuestra sucursal ubicada en Blvd. Alberto Limn Padilla, Tijuana, BCN 22444.

RESPONSABILIDADES:
Las funciones y responsabilidades de esta posicin incluyen, entre otras:
o Apoyar actividades de ventas y servicio al cliente en el segmento negocio a negocio (B2B)
o Aportar valor al cliente mediante un enfoque de ventas consultivas
o Desarrollar nuevas relaciones y expandir las existentes a partir de prospectos, referencias y actividades de prospeccin
o Coordinar recursos internos para atender las necesidades de servicio al cliente
o Realizar visitas de ventas locales utilizando vehculo de la empresa para atender clientes en sitio
o Ejecutar otras actividades segn sea necesario para asegurar el xito de la sucursal

REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO:
Las siguientes habilidades y calificaciones son requeridas:
o Tener 18 aos o ms (debido a la naturaleza del puesto)
o Contar con licencia de conducir vigente y vlida en el pas donde se ubica el empleo, cumpliendo con los requisitos del historial de manejo para operar un vehculo de la empresa, en caso necesario
o Contar con licenciatura (terminada o en curso) en reas como Negocios, Ventas, Mercadotecnia, Cadena de Suministro, Operaciones, Administracin o afines; o experiencia laboral en servicio al cliente o industria relacionada
o Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin verbal y escrita
o Manejo competente de herramientas informticas
o Alta orientacin comercial y gusto por las ventas
o Persona altamente motivada, autnoma y orientada al servicio al cliente
o Habilidades matemticas slidas, atencin al detalle y sentido de urgencia
o Capacidad de organizacin, planificacin y priorizacin
o Fuertes habilidades de anlisis, razonamiento lgico, resolucin de problemas y toma de decisiones
o Demostrar nuestros valores clave: ambicin, innovacin, integridad y trabajo en equipo
o Capacidad para levantar, mover, cargar y bajar paquetes generalmente de 11 a 23 kg (25 a 50 lb) y ocasionalmente hasta 34 kg (75 lb)

OVERVIEW:
Kickstart your sales career as a Full-time Sales Associate, where every interaction becomes an opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive business success. From developing new partnerships to growing existing ones in your book of business, you'll unleash your potential by communicating the value of our inventory management solutions using a consultative sales approach. This position is for our branch located at Blvd Alberto Limon Padilla, Tijuana, BCN 22444.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Supporting business to business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
o Providing value to customer through a consultative sales approach
o Developing new and growing existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting
o Coordinating resources to respond to customer service needs
o Performing local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
o Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field of study OR have customer service or industry related work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient computer skills
o Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
