Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age as required by law for alcohol service in the United States.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
- Experience working in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment during peak seasons.
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology trends.
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Multilingual skills to better serve a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste properly.
