Bartender - Part Time in East Norwich, New York at Pine Hollow Club

Pine Hollow Club is seeking experienced, service-driven Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team for the upcoming club season. If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting quality beverages, and engaging with members and guests, we would love to meet you.

Our bartenders play a key role in delivering a polished and personable experience across the club, including the bar, dining outlets, events, and pool service.

As a Bartender, you will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and their guests.

Member Service

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to club standards
• Engage with members, build relationships, and provide recommendations
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and ensure timely service

Bar Operations

• Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
• Manage bar setup and breakdown, including opening and closing duties
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs

Service Support

• Fulfill drink tickets for dining room, pool, and event service
• Work closely with servers and runners to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Support high-volume periods with speed and accuracy

Events & Banquets

• Assist with bar service for private events and club functions
• Help with event setup and breakdown as needed

• Seasonal employment April through November
• Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Hours may vary based on club events and seasonal demand

This is a seasonal position aligned with the Pine Hollow Club operating season from April through November.

Because of the seasonal nature of the role, this position is not eligible for paid time off or company benefits.
