Job Title: Cocktail Lounge Server

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and attentive Cocktail Lounge Server to provide exceptional service to guests in our upscale lounge. The Cocktail Lounge Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving beverages and light food items, and ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take orders for cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages, as well as light food items.
• Serve beverages and food promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and standards.
• Offer suggestions and recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure timely service.
• Stay knowledgeable about the lounge’s offerings, including cocktails, wine lists, and any daily specials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role in a high-end lounge or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
