Senior Budget Officer – Healthcare IT |

We are looking for a Senior Budget Officer to support financial operations for a healthcare IT program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in budget management, financial operations, invoice tracking, vendor coordination, financial reporting, and healthcare IT programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets, spending, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Track and validate vendor invoices and ensure timely processing.
• Monitor contracts, funding, and program expenditures.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and budget analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, vendors, and partner agencies.
• Identify and resolve financial issues and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure financial activities follow state, federal, and contractual requirements.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years managing financial aspects of healthcare IT programs.
• 7+ years of financial operations and budget management.
• 5+ years of financial documentation/data management.
• 5+ years of cross-agency coordination and compliance.
• 5+ years of invoice lifecycle and vendor management.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.
