Yes! Do this: Be involved in a broad range of HR functions and general HR support as a HR professional with early HR experience of up to 4 years. Actions directly impact onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and benefits. This role collaborates closely with leaders in HR and business operations to execute defined strategies. Key focus is for engagement, data managment and talent management supporting leaders at all levels.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR PartnerPartner with HR leadership in supporting business leaders. Assist in providing guidance on HR policies, employment law compliance, and employee relations issues. Respond to employee and leadership inquiries; directly resolve many matters related to policies, benefits, compensation, and employee engagement. Engages subject matter experts for resolution of complex or escalated matters.
Onboarding, Recruiting Support and HRIS MaintenanceLeads onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring timely updates and accuracy within technology systems. Partners with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to support recruiting strategy and process execution. Assists with offer letters, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding documentation.
General HR Team SupportDelivers general HR support and responds to dynamic business needs as they arise. Participates in and may lead HR initiatives for improving processes, policies, and the employee experience. Actively supports inclusive cultural efforts throughout the organization.
Administrative HR TasksContributes and/or may own core administrative HR functions including leave of absence administration, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and compliance-related documentation. Maintains accurate and confidential employee records and ensures data integrity within technology systems. Provides leaders with workforce reports and analytics as assigned.
RequirementsEducation and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Up to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruiting, or Employee Relations role required.
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, employment law and compensation practices.
- Comfortable working with HR metrics and analyzing basic statistical data.
- Demonstrated skills with relationships across all levels of the organization, with proven abilities using discrete and confidential data.
- Professionalism to represent company policies while supporting employee needs.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including active listening.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate level skills; experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems strongly preferred.
- Personal Development Plan for PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
