Marketing Operations Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic marketing operations team supporting innovative digital entertainment and online gaming experiences.
You will play a key role in executing data-driven promotional campaigns designed to improve customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Accountabilities:

The Marketing Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of promotional campaigns while ensuring operational accuracy and a strong customer experience. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

  • Execute promotional campaigns and marketing programs across digital platforms, ensuring accurate setup, delivery, and customer experience.
  • Support the creation, testing, and launch of promotional mechanics while validating end-to-end user journeys.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and share insights with internal stakeholders and external partners when required.
  • Coordinate marketing assets and collaborate with design, marketing, product, and operations teams to support campaign execution.
  • Learn and effectively use marketing technology platforms, project management tools, and internal operational systems.
  • Partner with customer support, compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with business requirements.
  • Support in-app promotion placement and visibility by working with product and operations teams.
  • Contribute to regulatory approval processes by preparing campaign documentation, terms and conditions, and ensuring promotional content meets applicable requirements.
  • Conduct competitive research on marketing strategies, industry trends, and product capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, operational workflows, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive marketing professional with an interest in digital products, online gaming, and customer engagement. You should be comfortable working across teams, managing multiple priorities, and supporting campaigns from concept through execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or online gaming operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the North American online gaming industry.
  • Experience working with marketing technology, project management tools, or operational platforms is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
