You will help shape personalized customer journeys across multiple communication channels, including email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS.

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive customer growth, engagement, and retention. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact.
- Support lifecycle acquisition and reacquisition strategies by identifying optimization opportunities and contributing recommendations aligned with business goals.
- Build and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation platforms across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, Content Cards, and SMS.
- Own campaign execution processes, including audience segmentation, personalization, journey configuration, testing setup, quality assurance, and launch coordination.
- Translate lifecycle strategies into campaign plans and creative briefs based on customer insights, product positioning, and performance learnings.
- Partner with Creative, Analytics, Data Science, and Product teams to develop effective customer communications and experiences.
- Create and analyze A/B tests, develop hypotheses, measure results, and recommend improvements to increase conversion and engagement.
- Maintain campaign governance, ensure accurate execution, and follow compliance standards within a regulated financial services environment.
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign development, quality assurance, operational efficiency, and marketing workflows.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on lifecycle marketing experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex campaigns with precision. They should be comfortable working across teams, interpreting data, and improving customer journeys through experimentation and optimization.
- 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, retention marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and launching multi-channel campaigns and automated customer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with Braze or comparable marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and lifecycle journey design.
- Experience supporting acquisition, reacquisition, retention, or win-back programs with measurable results.
- Solid experimentation skills, including A/B testing, hypothesis creation, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear campaign strategies and actionable execution plans.
- Experience with HTML and Liquid logic for campaign personalization, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing compliance practices, including CAN-SPAM requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and turn insights into recommendations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and campaign quality.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
