Job Description
Pharmacy Tech III - Outpatient
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the pharmacist, performs technical functions in the Pharmacy Department to assist in providing quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
The full time schedule is 8 hour shifts ranging between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PTCB certification is preferred at hire date but required within 6 months of employment.
EXPERIENCE: Retail experience preferred.
OTHER: Current Missouri technician registration.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board)
EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent, Preferred: Technical/Certificate - Related Field
