Job Title: Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician - IV/Oncology
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (located specifically in North Scottsdale, at East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: $20-24 per hour
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday. 5 AM - 1 PM. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Required Qualifications:
- Must have an active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License and be PTCB (CPhT) certified
- Must be able to adhere to organization policies and procedures
- Must have the ability to work closely and effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be flexible, friendly, engaging, and proactive
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Knowledge of IV products and compounding procedures
- Experience compounding chemotherapy
Essential Functions:
- Prepare and compound sterile IV and oncology products according to established procedures
- Maintain the pharmacy cleanroom in accordance with USP <797> and <800> requirements
- Complete labels, log sheets, reports, and other required documentation accurately and timely
- Assist with inventory management, organization, and proper storage of medications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant compounding environment
- Collaborate with the pharmacy and clinical teams to support safe, high-quality patient care
