How you will make an impact:

As a Recruiter, you will play an important role in helping Crane Currency attract and hire the talent needed to support our growing business. You will support the recruiting process from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding activities while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, staffing agency partners, and candidates. This role helps create a positive candidate experience, build strong talent pipelines, and support timely hiring decisions. Your contributions will directly support Crane Currency's continued success as a leader in currency security and manufacturing.

  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing activities, networking, employee referrals, job boards, career fairs, and community outreach efforts.

  • Leverage Crane Currency's employer brand to attract talent and promote career opportunities through professional, engaging candidate interactions.

  • Coordinate interviews and hiring process logistics to support a smooth experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.

  • Manage communication and candidate flow with staffing agency partners, including candidate review, feedback, hiring needs discussions, and recruiting priority alignment.

  • Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding logistics, including background screening, new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.

  • Support recruiting metrics, reporting, compliance requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, staffing agency, or related candidate-facing experience.

  • Experience supporting recruiting activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, or candidate communication.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), HR system, CRM, or similar candidate/data management platform.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and external staffing partners.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting high-volume entry to mid-level manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, or hourly roles.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to demonstrate and maintain suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with U.S. Government contract requirements.
