You will be responsible for managing and improving product listing quality across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and TikTok Shop, helping brands maximize visibility and conversion. - Create, update, and optimize marketplace product listings using internal tools and platform templates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Manage product content and imagery requirements across multiple platforms using systems such as Salsify and Malibu.
- Ensure all catalog entries align with marketplace policies, SEO best practices, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Monitor catalog performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion rates, and product discoverability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth execution of catalog operations.
- Support ongoing catalog updates, corrections, and enhancements across multiple e-commerce channels simultaneously.
- Analyze product data using Excel and other tools to support decision-making and optimize catalog structure.
- Maintain organized workflows while managing multiple catalog projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- 2–3 years of experience in catalog management, e-commerce operations, or marketplace listing optimization (Amazon, Mercado Libre, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and digital retail marketplace dynamics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and structured reporting.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and task prioritization abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve catalog performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional team settings.
- Excellent written English skills, as all documentation and communication are conducted in English.
