Positive Leaps is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our West Chester office. This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours, including students or individuals seeking supplemental or summer employment opportunities.
Location: Positive Leaps – West Chester, OH
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments as needed to support agency operations
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and welcoming administrative support
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage office communications
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files and records
- Assist with scheduling, forms, mailings, and general office tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of client and business information
- Inventory and organize office supplies and maintain a clean workspace
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Support additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
- Experience in front office or administrative support preferred
- Experience working with child and family populations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Additional Information:
This position is located within a children’s mental health facility and may involve exposure to loud or emotionally heightened environments. Candidates should be comfortable working in an active and dynamic setting.
