Uptown Rental Properties is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests, candidates, and vendors visiting our office. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, organized, and highly professional front-of-house experience while supporting internal administrative operations.

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily front-of-house experience and ensuring the office environment remains organized, welcoming, and efficient. This position serves as the first impression of the organization for all visitors and plays a key role in supporting internal administrative workflows.

This is not a traditional receptionist role. There are no phone responsibilities and no resident-facing duties.

πŸ“ Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Guest Experience
  • Professionally greet and assist all visitors, interview candidates, and vendors
  • Direct guests to appropriate individuals or meeting locations
  • Escort interview candidates as needed to ensure a seamless experience
  • Maintain awareness of visitor flow and uphold a professional office environment
Office Operations & Administration
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Ensure proper organization of deliveries for staff and departments
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
  • Support overall office readiness and professionalism throughout the workday
Administrative Support
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support special projects and internal coordination needs
  • Identify and address organizational or operational needs within the front office area
