π’ Now Hiring: Front Office CoordinatorUptown Rental Properties is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests, candidates, and vendors visiting our office. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, organized, and highly professional front-of-house experience while supporting internal administrative operations.

πΌ About the RoleThe Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily front-of-house experience and ensuring the office environment remains organized, welcoming, and efficient. This position serves as the first impression of the organization for all visitors and plays a key role in supporting internal administrative workflows.
This is not a traditional receptionist role. There are no phone responsibilities and no resident-facing duties.
π Schedule & Availability- Part-time position
- Flexible scheduling based on office needs
- Primarily standard business hours
- Occasional flexibility required to support interviews, meetings, or office needs
- Professionally greet and assist all visitors, interview candidates, and vendors
- Direct guests to appropriate individuals or meeting locations
- Escort interview candidates as needed to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain awareness of visitor flow and uphold a professional office environment
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Ensure proper organization of deliveries for staff and departments
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
- Support overall office readiness and professionalism throughout the workday
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
- Support special projects and internal coordination needs
- Identify and address organizational or operational needs within the front office area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain proactive during slower periods
- Prior experience in administrative support, hospitality, or front-of-house environments preferred
- $16β18/hour, commensurate with experience
- Part-time, flexible schedule
